Women Take The Lead at Hunt Of Hounds
Hunt Of Hounds International Women's Day

As a female-led, family business, we take gender equality to heart. We are proud to say that women on our team design the pieces, procure raw materials, manage the production and logistics, and head up all our social media and customer service.

Each purchase of a Hunt Of Hounds piece positively impacts the women on our team through equal wages and role empowerment. For that, we want to thank you for your support which allows us to continue to grow opportunities for the women in our company, and in the communities in which we live and work.

The Gift Of Empowerment
BaliWise

In celebration of International Women's Day we are proud to announce a new partnership with BaliWise - a not-for-profit that empowers marginalized women through skills education as a means to develop sustainable communities in Indonesia.

Starting in March, we will be raising much needed funds to help BaliWise give women in Bali the tools and opportunities to improve their lives and the lives of those around them. Along with a kick-off donation from Hunt Of Hounds, a generous portion of the proceeds from sales of our Before Dawn Necklace will be gifted directly to BaliWise.

Before Dawn Necklace

Inspired by the classical proverb "the darkest hour is just before dawn" which reminds us to remain hopeful even in our lowest moments. This magical pendant spins from night to day, with a glowing citrine star lighting up the darkness.

💕 A generous portion of proceeds from the sale of this necklace are donated to BaliWise .

After Darkness, Light Is Born
Our celebration and support of women doesn't stop there! In April, we will be commemorating the life and work of Raden Ajeng Kartini, the Indonesian heroine of women's empowerment whose famous book, Habis Gelap Terbitlah Terang and other writings led to the liberation and education of the women of Indonesia.
Kartini Day is observed on April 21 in honor of R.A. Kartini's birthday. Watch for more details on how we plan to celebrate - including a special edition, Indonesian language necklace!
