Refund policy
All Hunt Of Hounds pieces are created one at a time, by hand. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be glad to work with you to find a solution. Please get in touch at info@huntofhounds.com.
Defects | Defects are considered manufacturing errors outside of normal wear and tear. If your piece is found to be defective, it can be exchanged or repaired. Please email us with 2 photographs and a description of the defected item within 7 days of receiving your order.
Repairs | We can do minor repairs to Hunt Of Hounds jewellery. Repair fees are calculated on a case by case basis. Broken or lost gemstones can be replaced, but size, colour, and clarity are subject to availability.
Lost Earrings | It happens... We would be happy to help your restore your pair by offering you one earring at 50% of the original retail price + shipping and applicable taxes.
Wrong Size | To avoid size errors, consider using Our Made To Order service to have a piece made just for you. We are happy to provide size-inclusive and personalization options. We do not accept returns on items purchased in the incorrect size.
Wear & Tear | All jewellery will change appearance with time and wear. Scuffs, scratches, and discolouration are not considered defects. Please consult the care card that was shipped with your order for instructions on how to care for jewellery.
Sale & Discounted Items | Sale items are considered final sale, and are sold 'as is.'
Note: Repairs and replacements may take up to 6 weeks. All shipping costs related to exchanges or repairs are the responsibility of the customer, including sales tax and import duties.
